Everyone welcome, no experience necessary.Join Louisa and her class for an hour’s worth of Chair Aerobics at our class in Henbury.
This is low impact exercise that will help maintain and improve your strength, mobility, balance, health, concentration and wellbeing. It’s great fun, great music selection, social, and it’s not just sitting around! It’s a different way of exercising in a chair and sometimes using footballs, tennis balls and exercise bands. It is a highly enjoyable activity. Come along, see for yourself and join in!
